MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction, 2025 edition MnDOT has released the 2025 edition of the Standard Specifications for Construction, which supersedes the 2020 edition. A State Aid Technical Memorandum regarding this subject is now available. Read more on 2025 MnDOT Specs.

Traffic crash reporting changes and MnCMAT demonstration State Aid is offering a presentation regarding recent legislative changes in crash reporting by law enforcement, and the real and potential effects of these changes. There will also be a demonstration of MnCMAT2, to include recent enhancements. Presentations will be held on April 15 or 16. Read more on MnCMAT2.

Statewide Bicycle+ System Plan The MnDOT Office of Transit and Active Transportation is developing the Statewide Bicycle+ System Plan. If you play a role in developing bicycle facilities at an MPO, RDO, county, city, or Tribal Nation, you are invited to a series of webinars.
